Ashabhavan (Empowering People Social Service Society) is a non-profit charitable organization providing child welfare services. We do not sell physical products or goods. Our services include residential care, education, healthcare, nutrition, and emotional support for orphaned and underprivileged children. Donations and sponsorships made through our website support these services directly.

2. Donation Processing

When you make a donation through our website:

• Online donations are processed instantly through our secure payment gateway (CCAvenue)
• A donation confirmation email is sent within 24 hours of successful payment
• Donated funds are allocated to our programs within the current operating cycle

3. Sponsorship Program Delivery

For donors enrolled in our child sponsorship program, we provide:

• An initial welcome packet with information about the sponsored child's background (within 7 days of enrollment)
• Quarterly progress reports on the child's education, health, and development
• Annual impact report summarizing the year's achievements and milestones
• Photographs and updates shared via email (with appropriate privacy safeguards)

4. Tax Receipt Delivery

For tax-deductible donations:

• 80G tax exemption receipts are issued within 15 business days of receiving the donation
• Receipts are sent via email to the registered email address of the donor
• Physical copies of receipts can be requested by emailing us and will be dispatched within 7 business days

5. Communication & Updates

We keep our donors and supporters informed through:

• Email newsletters with organizational updates (monthly or as events occur)
• Website updates with news, events, and impact stories
• Social media updates on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube
• Direct communication for sponsorship-related matters via email or phone

6. No Physical Shipping

As a service-based charitable organization, Ashabhavan does not ship physical products. All our services are delivered directly to the children at our facility in Mahabubabad, Telangana. Donors and sponsors receive digital communications, reports, and receipts via email. In-kind donations (clothes, books, supplies) can be dropped off at our facility or shipped to our registered address.
