Refund & Cancellation Policy

Ashabhavan (Empowering People Social Service Society) is a non-profit charitable organization providing child welfare services through donations and sponsorships. We do not sell physical products or goods. This policy explains our stance on refunds and cancellations for contributions made through our website.

2. No Refunds on Donations

As an NGO offering charitable services rather than products, we do not provide refunds on successful donations. Donations are voluntary contributions that are allocated directly to the care and welfare of children in our programs.

• All successful donations are final and non-refundable
• Donated funds are used immediately for child welfare programs including residential care, education, healthcare, and nutrition
• By making a donation, you acknowledge that your contribution is a charitable gift and not a purchase of goods or services

3. Sponsorship Cancellation

If you have enrolled in a recurring sponsorship program:

• You may cancel future sponsorship payments at any time by providing 30 days written notice via email
• Sponsorship payments already processed are non-refundable as they have been allocated to the child's care
• Upon cancellation, you will receive a final statement of your contributions and their impact
